If you need to renew your membership, instructions can be found HERE.
The survey requires that all question are completed. If you answer all the questions and get an error response that question #1 was not answered, then make sure you click on the check mark next to each Write-In box that you respond to.
If you only complete one Write-in response, then you only have to click on the one check box.
